ONE70 GROUP  is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience and project management experience.

 

DUTIES:  

  • Communication with project stakeholders
  • Project coordination
  • Take offs
  • Material pricing
  • Bid analyzing
  • Update project management software for all action items
  • Submit RFIs
  • Submit invoices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years project management experience
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Ability to understand project specification documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work with technology based systems
  • Team player that can operate independently as required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Energetic, self-starter, highly motivated
