Home Care Coordinator
Amazing Home Care is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator. Willing to train. Great pay for the right individual.
The Care Coordinator is responsible for delivery of outstanding home care services by serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients.
Primary duties include coordinating schedules for designated clients and caregivers, Schedule and coordinate 100% of assigned case load in an efficient, effective and timely manner, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Monitoring day-of schedules and troubleshooting problems, and responding to client or caregiver issues as they arise.
Participate in overnight / on-call duties.
Maintain accurate schedules, clock-in/clock-out timecards, and clear notes for exceptions in the Company's systems, as required, to ensure accurate billing and payroll function.
Good telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills necessary. Ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records. Must be able to complete overtime when needed.
